Wedding celebrated amid Nagorno-Karabakh conflict

A humanitarian ceasefire will take effect on Monday in the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan over the Nagorno-Karabakh region, a joint statement from the US State Department and the two governments said on Sunday.
