It’s definitely an excellent site when it’s treated as package with the famous spot for the view on the Milad Tower. It’s just one level down the spectacle level above some 280 meters. So after walking round above the sky of Tehran, it’s best just to sit down and eat (cause it’s in buffet style so you don’t even need to order and wait). But remember reservation is needed and you need to buy the tickets for the restaurant together with that of the tower.
