He has received three Golden Globe awards, a Tony Award, and two Academy Awards: Best Supporting Actor for the historical war drama film Glory (1989) and Best Actor for his role as a corrupt cop in the crime thriller Training Day (2001).

    Sorry, they are not the best actors in film history! film history start with Charlie Chaplin an build by actors like Alec Guinness, Laurence Olivier,Peter O’Toole, charles laughton, Clark Gable, Charlton Heston, and many many others, those they made film history.
    these are the best actors in recent years of film history.
