Therefore, you should not give preference only to cardio or stretching. Add high-intensity and strength workouts, swimming and even martial arts. And don’t think that training is only possible in a gym with exercise equipment. You can do workouts at home and in the street. Just try not to overload. Do exercises in good faith, with full dedication, but do not harm yourself.
