Hadi Mansouri is the judge of the Mashhad Revolutionary Court. He issued the second death sentence of the recent protests, to Majidreza Rahnavard, on the charge of moharebeh. This judge, who is the Prosecutor General of Mashhad, was also the judge in the controversial case of Pahideh Mashhad Company. According to the information in the Atlas of Prisons, after the protests of 2008, he played a prominent role in the judicial dealings with the protesters in Mashhad.
