A popular figure within the industry, who has collaborated with superstars Rihanna and Jay-Z, Khaled says a no-ego approach to his craft is down to values found in his faith. “If you’re asking if I’m the perfect Muslim, and I do everything down to a T, then no,” he told Esquire Middle East in 2018. “My faith has helped make me the man I am right now, with the love and the respect that I put out there. I love anybody that loves God. That’s what I am about.”
