Sublimotion will open at the upcoming Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza offering 12 guests a €1,500 (roughly $2,073) 20 course tasting menu created by chef Paco Roncero. his means Roncero — the two Michelin-starred chef of La Terraza del Casino in Madrid — will be serving the world’s most expensive menu. At over $2,000 per person, Sublimotion is more than double the cost of America’s most expensive tasting menus.
